The Vail structure features the traditional peak style design whiich is adaptable to a variety of hard coverings, styles of ventilation, heating and cooling systems, environmental controls and shade systems to optimize your growing environment. Our peak style design allows for maximum snow shed and enhances interior condensate control. Optional roof venting allows for plenty of natural air flow.

MONEY SAVING DESIGN
Nexus Vail trusses are factory welded using galvanized steel to offer consistency in dimension and ease of site construction. With one-piece trusses, we ship fewer parts and your greenhouse goes together much faster. Therefore, you get big savings during construction. Wide-span trusses give you additional crop space and minimize shadowing. They can also be manufactured and shipped in two-piece sections to minimize transportation costs

MAXIMUM STRENGTH
The Vail is constructed to meet regional snow and wind load requirements. It is designed to support overhead equipment and hanging baskets.

FLEXIBILITY BY DESIGN
Our standard gutter heights allow ample clearance for most crops. Taller gutter heights and high-clearance trusses can be designed for your custom needs. High-clearance trusses allow for more room to hang accessories and crops or to add overhead and oversized doors.

Options available include partition walls to create separate climate zones and single or double roof vents with aluminum extrusions which can be installed on gable ends, sidewalls, or within the roof. Also, the Vail can be fitted with the Convertible or Big Sky roof. Metal decking and insulation options turn the Vail into a great headhouse.

As with all Nexus greenhouse systems, the Vail carries a one year warranty. All products manufactured by Nexus will be new and free from defective material and workmanship for one year from receipt by the customer.
