There is still time to purchase overwinter coverings for both greenhouse and ground covers. White polyfilm greenhouse covers are available in 3 mill and 5 mill thickness and are designed to provide protection for one year. The 5mill is recommended for high wind conditions. The ground cover protection fabric is available in a two oz/sq yard fabric. The material comes in a roll 15' x 300'. The fabric has UV protection and can be re-used. October is a great month to prepare greenhouses for spring growing, especially the application of disinfectants. Zero-tol, Oxidate and Green Shield are excellent products for greenhouse cleaning. Many fungi overwinter in the spore form, Zero-tol and Oxidate kill these spores and with fewer or no host plants present to propagate the fungi, the spores are all that remain. You can really prevent serious fungal problems, starting next spring.
