Happy New Year

We hope everyone had a joyful holiday season. The American Clay Works wishes our industry a prosperous 2003. We are aware of the uncertainties that exist. People have tendencies, 'to hang around home', when uncertainties cloud up their future. In some instances this can be a great benefit to the horticultural industry. Hopefully, adequate water supplies will be available for watering of trees, flowers, shrubs and limited restrictions on turf. As an industry we must all think in the same direction, employ common sense water management practices in our businesses and promote those same values to our customers. 2003 will be a good year.

Product label change
The Scotts Company has discontinued the commercial Miracle-Gro water soluble fertilizer label and replace it with CHAMPION water soluble fertilizer label. ( They still market the retail Miracle-Gro label ). Champion represents the same quality product, in a new package.

A.C.W. construction is now offering installation of new corrugated roof panels designed to fit the different types of metal roof profiles. This is a new product offered by CO-EX, it offers all the benefits of polycarbonate. Please call with any questions or to order samples.
