The Pro-Green Expo has just concluded and for American Clay it was a very successful show. Many customers expressed optimism toward the 2004 season.  We introduced several new lines including; the IMTL Casabella patio pot line, the S.P.S. Enthusiast Home-Owner greenhouse, Dyna-Gro liquid fertilizer and Neem Oil and Valent Chemical line of Distance and Broadstar.

ITML Casabella Pots are available in three sizes; 12", 15" and 19".  Casabella is also available in several colors including terracotta, green and sandstone. This line adds a new look to planted patio pots and is competitively priced to add more value to the sale. 
Dyna-Gro has developed a Neem Oil Concentration that can be added to every spray application.  For long term control of many greenhouse and nursery pests Neem Oil is an excellent addition.  It is low cost, safe to use and acts as an IGR on many pests.  Used in combination with other pesticides, Neem-Oil provides long term control that aids in reducing the time it takes to knock down an infestation.

Valent Chemical has introduced Broadstar, a new pre-emergent herbicide for nursery and container application. Broadstar is competitively priced and controls more weeds and grasses than most granular pre-emergents currently on the market. Broadstar contains a new, more effective chemistry.  Distance is a new greenhouse Insect Growth Regulant, manufactured by Valent, that has produced great results.  Distance is very effective on whitefly, scale, shore flies and fungus gnats, both in the greenhouse and interiorscapes. This is good news for plantscapers.  Distance is a new chemical you can use for fungus gnats on the job site. For any more information on any of these new products please call American Clay Works.
