We would like to take this opportunity to explain to you some of the account services American Clay Works has to offer.  Our abilities to utilize our computer software and the extensive information about your account located within our database can offer you a variety of time saving and convenient ways to track and organize your sales information.  Some of these services include file or hard copies of reports detailing products purchased by your organization within any given date range.  This has helped many of our customers in determining what they might need to reorder for the upcoming season and even track when a product was brought into stock.  Along with mailing you a hard copy of an invoice or order acknowledgement, we also have the ability to email or fax these documents to you.  Also, to better organize your own records, we also have the ability to input your company’s product numbers in place of our own.  If you have a computer system that has set product codes or another product coding system this could help you in understanding receiving and invoicing.  Call American Clay if you have any questions.

The price of plastic continues to rise.  There are several factors that play a part in this.  First is the high price of oil in the world market and second the demand for plastic resin in all markets has created resin shortages.  The result of this is lower supply and a higher demand, thus raising prices.  We have seen continued price increases from all of our plastic container vendors.  The same scenario exists with the steel and polycarbonate market.  Prices have continually increased in the past year.  The good news is American Clay is constantly working with all of our plastic, steel and polycarbonate vendors to assure we can offer the most competitive prices.  If you have any questions about these price increases call American Clay.

One way to save money on many different items is to call and ask about our clearance products.  We have many overstock and discontinued products available at very low prices.
