Winter is just around the corner. As cooler weather sets in, plant protection becomes more important. Frost blanket is an excellent cover for perennials and some shrubs, remember you can water through this fabric; it is not necessary to remove the blanket. Frostgard comes in two weights, a 2oz sq ft and a 6oz per sq ft. Both rolls are 15’ x 300’ and in stock now. The other item is winter fertilization. Plants coming out of dormancy in December or January not only require water, but also require nutrition. American Clay stocks both a 17-3-6 SCU and an 18-5-10 IBDU. Both fertilizers are a top dress and carry about a 5 month residual feeding time. American Clay has both in stock.
 
We still have some assorted steel in stock. A list is as follows, one truss for a 30’ Teton Greenhouse, one intermediate bow for a 30’ Teton Greenhouse, two 9’ 4” sq columns, one 9’, 3” sq column, equipment framing, 6 each 1” sq 24’ purlin, three half bows for a 22’ alpine, four pieces of flashing for an alpine greenhouse and more. This material was returned as overage on past jobs we completed. If you have a need, call us or come down. The price is right. We also have a pallet of assorted fertilizer in torn bags, both water soluble and CRF, price reduced. We still have a few rolls of 12’ x 300’ white woven weed barrier for $160.00 per roll. We seem to always have a few broken bags of soil, vermiculite and perlite, again the price is right. Also, with Halloween around the corner we’d like to remind you that we have about 150 6” decorative clay pumpkins in stock.  These are a bargain at $1.00 each.
