Happy New Year to all. We hope your holidays were pleasurable and we look forward in working with you to what we all hope is a profitable 2008. The first event of 2008 is the Pro-Green Expo, being held at the Denver convention center Jan 23 through Jan 25. American Clay will be in booth # 501. We will have a greenhouse with a working side roll up system, an entire display of Rush Creek containers, Pak shade cloth, Western Fiber Containers, the new Randall Tool 16’ conveyor belt and a “sustainable section”. Temporary greenhouse structures are extremely popular. We have a size and style to match any demand. So stop by and see what’s new, as always we look forward to seeing you.
The Colorado Grows program is going well. The first order is sold, thank you. We are now working on the second order of 1quart pots and the Trade #1 containers. The Colorado Grows campaign is designed to be a minimal expense to the grower idea. The consumer pays for the program. For this, the consumer gets an insight into the Colorado Grower, buys a product grown in Colorado and sees some of the proceeds going to research and educational foundations, to further Colorado Horticulture. Awards to the foundations will be made annually at the American Clay Open House in August.
American Clay now has an inventory of sustainable products to include ITML Coir pots, Western Fiber pots, biosol fertilizer and more. If plant able containers are important to you, give us call and stop by the booth at Pro Green.
